• Guest Room: Two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed

• Living Area: Open concept with cozy coastal decor and direct access to the patio overlooking Little Bay

• Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for easy meal prep

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, plus children (per Rockport’s Short Term Rental Ordinance). Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome too — up to two pets allowed for a small fee!

• Private boat slip (please note: no trailer parking on-site; trailer parking available elsewhere nearby)

We give our guests space but are always available if needed! Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, a local contact is available 24/7 to ensure your visit is effortless and enjoyable.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

• Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM (please be respectful of neighbors)
• Occupancy: Maximum of 6 adults; children under 18 do not count toward the limit
• Trailer Parking: No boat trailer parking is allowed at the complex. Please plan accordingly.
• House Rules: Please pick up after yourself, keep noise levels low during quiet hours, and treat the space as you would your own.

Grocery Pick-Up & Fridge Stocking: Let us pick up your HEB order and have your fridge stocked upon arrival for just $50. Simply send us your order, and we’ll handle the rest.

Fishing Trip Scheduling: Interested in a fishing adventure? We can arrange a fishing trip with one of our trusted guides for a $25 convenience fee, plus the fishing guide's set price for the trip. You won’t be charged unless the trip is booked.
